Recruitment Process
1. Apply Online
All vacancies are advertised on www.Seek.com.au - we will email you confirming that your application has been received.
2. Phone Interview
Applicants who meet our initial criteria may be contacted for a phone interview.
3. Face to Face Interview
Successful phone interview candidates will be invited to attend at least one face to face interview.
4. Referee Checks
During your interview, you will be asked to provide details of at least two professional referees who we can contact to confirm your experience and skills.
5. Offer and Acceptance
If successful, you will be verbally offered the position and learn more about the salary package. If you accept the offer, we will send you a formal letter of appointment for you to sign and return. You will then officially have become a member of the team at CNManagement.
