Policies
Equal Opportunity Workplace
CNManagement aims to provide a workplace free from discrimination. Consistent with this aim is the adoption of a positive approach to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and addressing the specific issue of equal opportunity for women.
Equal employment opportunity is achieved by eliminating and prohibiting discrimination – including harassment – on the basis of a person’s gender, race, religion, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, age, parental status, union membership or political affiliation.
CNManagement communicates this policy internally through training and education in a manner that fosters understanding, acceptance, tolerance and support among all employees.
We recognise the right of every employee and potential employee to enjoy fair and equal access to employment opportunities. Recruitment and employment practices will afford fair consideration for job opportunities for all applicants.
Environment
CNManagement is committed to protecting the sensitive environments in which it works. We ensure that the needs of interested parties are considered and that all potential impacts on the environment – through noise, dust, pollution etc - are identified and measures put in place to manage projects with the goal of minimising environmental impact.
Our Philosophy
CNManagement values the communities in which it works – whether in regional towns or regional areas. We actively seek opportunities to contribute to, and become part of, the local community whether through sporting, educational or consultative activities.
Where major projects are undertaken in regional areas CNManagement endeavours to recruit locally whenever possible.
CNManagement considers environmental protection as part of its duty of care to the community. We aim to cause minimal impact on the environment wherever we work, and undertake protective measures or rehabilitative works where disruption has or could occur.
